POLICY
NO REFUNDS,  NO EXCEPTIONS . Exchange Store Credit only. Items purchased from House of Naras are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery.

A small number of heavily discounted (FLASH SALE) items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping .
NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted .
RETURNS
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Your right to cancel.  We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online.  You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order if you simply change your mind.  When items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
